This is a hybrid position in Tempe, AZ, requiring a commute on an as-needed basis. The role operates in a call center production environment using an auto-dialer for outbound calls and also receiving inbound calls. The primary focus is on early-stage collections (1-30 days late) for Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts, aiming to control/collect on past due accounts and provide member financial counseling to mitigate loss. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts Monday-Friday from either 10:30 am to 7:00 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. A minimum of 3-4 Saturdays per month are required, with one day off during the week if working on a Saturday. This is a contract-to-hire position.
