This is a part-time position where the Collections Representative will manage customer account assignments ranging from medium to complex. The role involves running and formatting daily queries using company-specific software/applications to track productivity and reports, and creating and maintaining account balance spreadsheets with specialized reporting parameters. The representative will act as a liaison between assigned customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues and process conflicts, and discuss invoice discrepancies or errors with billing and operations teams to develop corrective action plans. Ensuring all work performed on customer accounts is documented daily and updated in the financial system for management review is also a key responsibility.
