About The Position

Aveniya was founded to solve a fundamental limitation of conventional 3D printing: weak inter-layer bonding. By integrating precision laser energy directly into extrusion, our Micro-Fusion™ technology produces homogeneous, isotropic structures with superior mechanical and optical properties, designed for regulated and performance-driven industries. We are seeking a diligent and professional WFH Collections Representative to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from our business clients while maintaining positive and professional relationships. This is a fully remote role requiring a self-motivated and highly organised individual who can contribute to the financial stability that fuels our innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Collections Representative, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or in a similar finance role, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.
• The ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A resilient and professional demeanour, with the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Initiate collection communications with clients through phone calls and professional emails.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients to resolve outstanding balances in a mutually agreeable manner.
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or client queries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and client communications within our financial systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to address any issues affecting payment.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of aged receivables and collection efforts for management review.
• Adhere to all company policies and relevant legal guidelines regarding collections.
