About The Position

Onsite Collections Representatives and Bilingual Collections Representatives. At CAPITAL Services, our Collections team partners with customers to create collaborative payment solutions while delivering exceptional service. Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries
Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
