About The Position

ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Bilingual(Eng/Spanish) Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you. This position requires call center sales experience and proficiency with computer navigation.

Requirements

• Call center and/or sales experience preferred
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish in speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL
• Background check required
• Proficient with computer navigation

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
• Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
• Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
• Accurately documenting calls and sales
• Meeting quality and performance expectations
