Requirements

At least 2 years of third-party collections experience.
Track record of delivering results.
Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours.
Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.
Reliable, high-speed hardwired internet connection.
