About The Position

SHOWTYME HOME FURNISHINGS in Alexandria is seeking a Collections Manager. This role offers an excellent income with monthly bonuses, complete benefits, and advancement opportunities. The position involves extensive customer contact to renew rental agreements, driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise, cleaning and refurbishing returned items, performing service calls, loading and unloading freight, and sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Other general duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly
• Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
• Minimum 23 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
• 1 year of Sales, collections, or customer Service experience
• 1 year of Heavy Lifting experience

Responsibilities

• Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements
• Drive company vehicles
• Pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
• Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
• Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
• Load and unload freight trucks
• Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
• Other general duties as directed by management
