About The Position

The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive customer contact via phone or in person to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes, performing cleaning and refurbishing of previously rented merchandise, and handling service calls including troubleshooting and delivering loaner items. Additionally, the position includes sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics, as well as other general duties as directed by management. The role requires heavy lifting and a Class D chauffeur's license.

Requirements

Able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly
Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
Minimum 23 years of age

Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
Sales, collections, or customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements
Drive company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise
Service calls including troubleshooting rental merchandise and delivering loaners when needed
Load and unload freight trucks
Sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics
Other general duties as directed by management
