The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive customer contact via phone or in person to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes, performing cleaning and refurbishing of previously rented merchandise, and handling service calls including troubleshooting and delivering loaner items. Additionally, the position includes sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics, as well as other general duties as directed by management. The role requires heavy lifting and a Class D chauffeur's license.
