The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive customer contact via phone or in person to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes, cleaning and refurbishing returned merchandise, performing service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise and deliver loaners, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. General duties as directed by management are also part of the role.
