Collections Manager
About The Position
The Collections Manager/Account Manager is responsible for extensive contact with customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes if customers are unable to pay, cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise, performing service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise, delivering loaners when needed, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Other general duties as directed by management are also part of this role.
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with a good MVR
- Minimum 23 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English
- Collections, sales, management or customer service experience
- Experience with cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
- 1 year of experience in Sales, collections, or Customer Service
- 1 year of experience in Heavy Lifting
