Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management within a call center environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in mortgage operations and/or debt collection operations
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Familiarity with call center technology
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective collection and loss mitigation strategies
  • Manage and supervise the collections team, providing guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update account information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
  • Analyze collection data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
