Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Collections in our Credit to Cash Department . The Collections team is essential to identifying delinquencies and working with franchisees to resolve payment issues and protect company revenue. As the Collections Manager, you will oversee daily department operations, including staffing, training, performance, and escalations. Strong analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, Macros) are critical, as you will regularly analyze AR data to identify trends, prioritize outreach, and drive collection strategies. You’ll be responsible for managing AR aging, improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and providing timely, accurate reporting to leadership. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Legal, Billing, Credit, and Finance to resolve issues and align on priorities. In addition to team oversight, you’ll support outreach to delinquent franchisees, helping to identify causes of non-payment and recommend solutions.
