Collections Manager
About The Position
The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of rent collection, delinquency tracking, payment posting, and account resolution in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. This includes direct processing of payments, managing delinquent accounts, coordinating evictions, and supporting residents through outreach and assistance program resources. Regular travel between regional offices is required, occasional travel to properties outside the region may be necessary. Must maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
