About The Position
The Collections Manager manages reimbursement activities across multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, with responsibility for areas that may include referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections. The role fosters outstanding customer service in interactions with franchise partners, payers, and patients, and develops an effective team to support timely, successful payer reimbursement. Regulatory compliance is a foundation for revenue cycle policies and procedures. This is a full-time remote position.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple teams handling new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections, depending on assigned responsibilities; teams may include up to 60 people.
- Allocate resources to meet KPIs, track workload distribution, and assess staffing needs.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding financial and departmental metrics.
- Coach and mentor supervisors through one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews, and provide counseling as needed.
- Monitor payroll for accuracy and proper processing.
- Escalate and resolve complaints from franchise partners or patients on behalf of supervisors and team members.
- Create, implement, communicate, and maintain standard operating procedures for areas of responsibility.
- Promote customer service through training, feedback, and staff mentoring.
- Audit team transactions for accuracy and compliance, and identify training opportunities.
- Interview and select staff to meet business needs and build an effective team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
