TEKsystems is actively hiring 20 career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. Requirements

  • Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
  • Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
  • Working within an auto-dialer system
  • Handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)
  • Averaging 80–120+ calls per day
  • Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
  • Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts
