The primary job function will be to negotiate payment arrangements while providing customer recommendations to keep the account current. This is done while complying with both external and internal compliance related policy and procedures. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
