Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass an extensive screening process
Prior business-to-business collections experience OR a four-year business degree (accounting, finance, business administration, or related)

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone and email to secure timely payments and address concerns professionally.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by identifying issues and initiating corrective actions.
Manage an assigned portfolio to proactively reduce past-due amounts and ensure accounts remain current.
Troubleshoot and correct cash application errors to ensure accuracy and smooth financial operations.
Understand, investigate, and resolve chargeback deductions.
Take ownership of various duties and special projects to improve processes and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and offer solutions for long-term satisfaction.
