About The Position

This is a full-time remote position with paid training, and no prior collections experience is required. The training class starts on Wednesday, 11/04/2026. You must reside in the Jacksonville area. The role offers a predictable schedule with weekends and paid holidays off. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to hold a clear, confident conversation with a stranger
• Comfortable with basic math (mostly percentages)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Must live in the Jacksonville area

Responsibilities

• Take and make phone calls with customers (Outbound and Inbound)
• Listen to someone’s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford
• Walk them through their options and set up a plan that works
• Document conversations accurately
