About The Position

CFGMS is a leading provider of working capital solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. Located in Glen Rock, NJ, we specialize in innovative financing products, including invoice factoring and factoring lines of credit. Our mission is to empower growing companies by offering fast, flexible funding solutions that drive success. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 3rd Party Collections Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with our 3rd Party collection agencies.

Requirements

1+ year in collections agency experience preferred (finance, B2B, or related industry a plus)
Paralegal background a huge plus
Highly organized, an absolute requirement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve processes
Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with 3rd party (external) collection agencies.
Analyze, monitor, and maintain the status of all active accounts.
File and terminate UCC liens.
Document management.
Review specific state Secretary of State websites to determine if merchants are operational.
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
