About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Collection & Workshop Coordinator to support our growing workshop and collection operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment and enjoys both travel and hands-on execution. The Collection & Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for managing workshop logistics, coordinating schedules, executing on-site setup and experience, and supporting collection administration and custom coordination. This position requires frequent travel (approximately every two weeks) and a high level of organization, adaptability, and ownership.

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with frequent travel (approximately every two weeks)
Must be located near a major international airport
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute all workshop logistics, including scheduling, timelines, and preparation
Travel approximately every two weeks to support on-site workshop setup and execution
Oversee workshop experience to ensure a seamless and elevated attendee experience
Manage setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics for all workshops
Support collection administration, including organization, tracking, and internal coordination
Assist with custom coordination tasks as needed across events and projects
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
Identify and proactively solve logistical challenges
