The Collection Support Specialist will perform a variety of administrative services within the Collections Department. This role will become familiar with a variety of company processes including pieces of first- and third-party collections, client and company requirements, as well as Federal and State collection laws. The Collection Support Specialist will work closely with and take direction from Collections Management. Prepares pay-off letters for banks and title companies; Sends Itemized Statements to debtors; Assists Third Party Account Managers with administrative tasks; Performs other duties as assigned. May assist with special projects Provides input for errors and irregularities Will be trained on collections software and vendor systems.
