About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in all aspects of Collections for a Collection Specialist position at our Corporate office in Aurora. This position oversees every collection activity on delinquent accounts. Prepares necessary reports for Management and the Board of Directors. Provides financial counseling for those members needing assistance. Prepares and maintains all collection function reports. Processes and oversees all phases of the repossession process. Serves as Credit Union's representative dealing with Credit Union collections attorney, Small Claims Court, collection agencies and Bankruptcy Court, garnishments, levy's and other duties as assigned. Makes collection calls on past due accounts.

Requirements

Strong background in all aspects of Collections.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 to 5 years of experience is a plus.
