About The Position

We’re looking for exceptional people to join our growing Collections team at a fast-paced and rapidly growing FinTech company. You must have previous collection experience, excel at managing customers and be motivated to build a career in Collections. Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth. Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover. Uncapped has raised VC funding from most notable investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Collections role
• Excellent communication skills via the phone, email and live chat
• Eligibility to work in Lithuania without requiring visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Work with our Collections Lead, Head of Underwriting, CRO, CEO and also the most senior people representing our clients.
• Have a major impact on the Uncapped bottom line and give us a platform for growth by ensuring we minimise our losses and maximise cash flow for investing in the growth of our portfolio.
• Get a kick out of working in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.
• Find the problem and come up with the solution.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and great experience.
• Be a source of information on how we can get better.
• Interact with new and existing customers on a daily basis, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and great experience.
• Be well-versed in having difficult conversations with company owners with a view to finding solutions for both parties.
