About The Position

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus unlimited bonus potential.

Position: We will provide you with the tools, knowledge and training to become successful in your role. Collection Specialists contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.
