About The Position
LK Jordan is currently seeking Collection Specialists for a law firm in San Antonio. This is a temp-to-perm position. Collection Specialists handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with resolving outstanding accounts. Representatives typically make 100–150 calls per day using a combination of automated dialing and incoming calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least 2 years of customer service or collections experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Review open accounts and initiate collection efforts
- Make outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
- Work with customers to collect payments and set up payment arrangements
- Identify and communicate issues contributing to account delinquency
- Send documentation and follow up with customers as needed
