About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Collection Specialist with excellent customer service skills to join their team. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer work, to facilitate the renewal of customer agreements and ensure prompt payment. The specialist will handle calls regarding expired agreements, provide references, resolve customer issues, and schedule voluntary turn-ins. Fieldwork, including product pickup and door hangers, is also part of the role. The position requires patience, tact, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to meet weekly goals in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Requirements

Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Professional communication skills in English.
Strong computer and phone skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer relationships.
Review applications and identify opportunities to renew customer agreements.
Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts.
Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment.
Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise.
Go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.
Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing excellent customer service.
