As a Collection Service Representative (CSR), you will be contacting our clients' customers to find solutions on accounts that are in arrears, to identify potential credits or disputes, and to follow up with the customer on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires a high level of persistence and excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
