Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.

Nice To Haves

Previous collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls professionally and respectfully.
Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to all federal, state, client, and company compliance requirements.
Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly performance goals.
Accurately document account activity and maintain detailed records within collection systems.
Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to support professional development and success.
