This role provides direct support to our Air Force Command client that is a primary force provider of combat airpower for the U.S. Air Force, responsible for organizing, training, and equipping operational forces to conduct global air operations, including the planning, direction, and execution of intelligence collection activities and the employment of Air Force airborne, space‑based, and cyber ISR assets in support of various mission requirements. As a Collection Operations Management Action Officer and Program Manager, you will lead programmatic coordination, manage staff actions, and support planning, staffing, scoping, and prioritization activities on behalf of the Air Force. This role integrates subject‑matter expertise in Collections Operations Management (COM), DCGS, and Air Operations Center (AOC) operations with program management to support decision‑making and operational coherence for senior intelligence stakeholders. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with COM
  • 2+ years of experience as a MAJCOM Action Officer
  • Experience working within DCGS or an AOC environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage programmatic tasks, including coordination, scheduling, prioritization, and staff-action workflows
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, backlog tracking, or team collaboration
  • Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills, including presentation creation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
