About The Position

The Collection Manager (Multi-Int Collection Mgmt) is a Senior level position located at Fort Meade, Maryland. This role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and involves an immediate opening. The position focuses on collaborating across the Intelligence Community (IC) to understand customer intelligence gaps and needs, evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, and executing collection plans and strategies to generate reliable and valid intelligence. The role utilizes statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to interpret ISR data, manage large datasets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings. It also involves assisting in developing methods and criteria to evaluate collection satisfaction using MOEs, MOPs, and collection plan responses, and providing feedback. Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R is required. The position also includes assisting in the development and implementation of collection management processes for the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), synchronizing collection activities from SIGINT platforms with Title 10 ISR capabilities. Knowledge of the United States SIGINT System (USSS) architecture is applied to develop processes for tracking collection operations in a single workflow, providing a daily look at Cyber Operations.
