About The Position

Join a mission-focused team at the forefront of national defense space operations. As an Intermediate Intelligence Analyst supporting Collection Management for a critical space warfighting mission, you will play a pivotal role in transforming intelligence requirements into actionable collection strategies that protect vital space and ground assets. In this highly visible position, you will develop and manage overhead collection tasking, optimize intelligence collection resources, and ensure mission requirements are effectively balanced against available collection capacities. Your expertise will directly support mission planning, threat warning, and operational decision-making by identifying key indications and warnings (I&W), assessing adversary capabilities, and documenting risks and impacts to mission success. Working closely with Mission Ground Stations (MGSs), flight safety teams, operational leaders, and Intelligence Community partners, you will help shape the future of mission protection through the integration of advanced I&W capabilities, development of operational TTPs, and continuous improvement of collection management processes. The ideal candidate combines deep intelligence expertise, operational insight, and strategic thinking to enable mission success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving space domain.
