About The Position
Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's rights law firms with offices in NV, NY, IL, MI, MO, OH, NC, GA and FL. They are seeking full-time Collection Agents for their Williamsville, NY office and their Lake Mary, FL office. There is an immediate bonus opportunity and reduced goals for the first four months. The available shift in NY is 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office. The available shift in FL is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time management skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
- Previous customer service work preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
- Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
- Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
