Requirements

At least 16 years old
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner
Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience
Knowledgeable and be able to identify saleable antiques and collectible merchandise
Sort through donations to find quality saleable items
Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed
Work as a team to accomplish the job
Comply with all established policies and procedures
Travel between Fargo area stores
