Collateral Specialist

About The Position
This is an entry level position for the Collateral Division of Post-Closing and job responsibilities revolve around collateral security and movement between our title agents, warehouse banks and end servicers/investors.
Requirements
- Some mortgage industry experience but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Windows software
- Able to lift approx. 20lb (Banker Boxes)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Maintain database for collateral movement to ensure all timelines are met
- Review signed closing packages prior servicer/investor delivery
- Filing, mailing and organization of file folders
- Works well with others and helps promote a positive company atmosphere
- Eager to learn more about the operations side of the mortgage industry
