The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions. As a Collateral Processor Sr within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm EST We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Key responsibilities include reviewing and quality-checking the work of others, processing and setting up loans, completing reporting activities, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be flexible, able to pivot between responsibilities as needed, and capable of retaining and applying new information in an evolving environment. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to balance quality, efficiency, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

  • Utilizing standard procedures, executes complex or escalated collateral processing activities.
  • May have specific responsibility for specialized product or functional area.
  • Processes collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
  • Identifies and may resolve exceptions and escalates appropriately.
  • May interact with customers.
  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
  • Supports training of new team members.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
  • Completes research.
  • Provides feedback on workflow and work received
  • Reviews transactions and related documents.
  • Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
