About The Position
The role of the Collateral File Quality Inspector is to inspect and report the quality of production personnel. This involves maintaining statistical quantity, quality, and viability, accurately tracking and documenting all errors, and collaborating with the department lead to ensure all trending errors are addressed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with collateral file auditing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
