Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a true partnership.
• Ability to engage with clinicians as colleagues.
• Ability to work with leadership to elevate client outcomes.
• Proficiency in telehealth.
• Ability to attend scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time.
• Ability to stay responsive between touchpoints.
• Passionate belief in the power of psychedelic therapy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs.
• Review clinician audits and reports prepared by the team.
• Conduct periodic case reviews through Zoom sessions.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians.
• Escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director if needed.
