Collaborating Physician CHA (1099) - Part time

The Collaborating Physician works with one or more APNs who perform in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority nor will they be treating patients.
Requirements
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified/board eligible required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in the state where the openings exists
Responsibilities
- Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
- Regularly performs annual chart reviews
- Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
- Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
