About The Position
Icon Health is breaking barriers as an orthopedic telehealth and care navigation company. They are a group of experienced healthcare professionals and clinicians passionate about improving the way orthopedic care is delivered, on a mission to transform value based care initiatives to align the patient experience, patient outcomes, and a top tier provider network. The company is seeking a collaborating board certified Family Medicine: Sports Medicine Fellowship trained physician for their APP providers. This candidate must live and practice physically in the state of Nevada. This individual will be needed solely for licensing and credentialing and collaboration only as required by Nevada law. The individual must be willing to move quickly for staff to update CAQH profiles in preparation for credentialing submissions. The role requires approximately 2 hours per month and is a contract position, with work performed remotely.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Must live and practice physically in the state of Nevada
- Licensure: Florida (licensed and practice in)
- Board certification in Family Medicine: Sports Medicine
- CAN NOT be credentialed with Careplus in SE Florida
Responsibilities
