Requirements
- Must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Maryland
- Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab)
- Twice a week visit
Responsibilities
- Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Oversee 2 mid-level providers
- Conduct site visits
