About The Position

This position involves performing various quality control functions, including inspections and audits, to ensure compliance with company specifications and standards. The role requires inspecting designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation, verifying product compliance, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring the accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels. Additionally, the supervisor will observe hourly employees to ensure adherence to proper procedures and policies. This is a salaried position that may require travel to other facilities or company events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Dependable and enthusiastic
• Leadership skills & self-motivation
• Good people skills, ability to work well with others
• Great communication skills, both oral and written
• Good math skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physically capable of performing line work; heavy lifting.
• Good attendance record
• Must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
• Resume required
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.
• Must provide verification of employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.
• Inspect designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation to ensure efficient and effective daily operation.
• Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Verify accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels
• Observe hourly employees to ensure proper procedures & policies are being followed
• Perform other duties as assigned
