About The Position
This is a full-time permanent position for a Cold Header Set-Up / Operator in Cleveland, OH. The role involves setting up and operating Boltmakers and/or Cold Headers, reporting to the Header Supervisor. The pay range is $29.00 - $33.00/HR. The shift is Monday - Thursday from 6am-4:30pm. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have a Green Card work permit. Integrity Technical Services, Inc. does not charge a fee for finding anyone a job and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Cold Header operations, metal properties, and blueprint reading.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Green Card work permit.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily setups and operations of one or more machines.
- Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications.
- Locate, install, and adjust tooling; tear down setups upon job completion.
- Use gages and measuring instruments to ensure first-piece and ongoing production conformance; record results in inspection logs.
