About The Position

Bullpen Talent connects exceptional remote professionals with growing U.S. companies. We're building our network of experienced Cold Callers for current and upcoming opportunities across multiple industries, including home services, real estate, property management, software, and professional services. If you're confident making outbound calls, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
  • Available to work during U.S. business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Follow Up Boss, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Mojo Dialer, CallTools, RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, Five9, PhoneBurner, or other CRM or dialing software
  • Experience in Home Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical, Remodeling), Real Estate, Property Management, Solar, Insurance, Mortgage, SaaS, Marketing Agencies, Financial Services, B2B Sales, Healthcare, Construction, or other outbound sales environments

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads using client-provided criteria
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Update CRM systems with accurate notes and outcomes
  • Follow up with prospects when appropriate
  • Meet daily and weekly activity goals
