About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking an Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This is a full-time W-2 role where performance directly impacts earnings and advancement. The company trains from the ground up and promotes based on performance. They are a large residential roofing company with multiple recognitions and accreditations. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by face-to-face customer service and people-focused work.

Requirements

• Great communications skills
• High school diploma or GED
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
• Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
• Explain our free inspection service
• Schedule appointments for inspections
• Stay active and work outdoors
