About The Position

Under the guidance of the Coiling Team Lead, the Coiler supports manufacturing processes by setting up and operating Coiler equipment. This role is responsible for all quality and documentation associated with the production of parts. The position works a 2nd shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Training will be conducted on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the regular 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Ability to set up and operate Z-11 and Z-10 coiler machines.
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining setup information.
• Skills in identifying problems and implementing improvements through root cause analysis.
• Capability to maintain tooling and equipment related to coiler operations.
• Experience in reviewing and completing required daily documentation.
• Knowledge of good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices.
• Understanding of safety and employee policies.

Responsibilities
