About The Position
Delta Star Inc. is seeking an experienced Coil Winder III to perform advanced winding operations independently while supporting production, troubleshooting, and training. The role leads winding activities, executes full processes, troubleshoots issues, and validates work quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of Coil Winder II or equivalent experience.
- Advanced winding expertise.
- Troubleshooting and validation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Training and leadership support skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently wind all coil types.
- Set up and operate all winding equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and rework.
- Conduct inspection checks on braze, leads, and taps.
- Provide a second sign-off on documentation.
- Monitor ovens and assist with pressing.
- Support failure analysis.
- Train and inspect lower-level employees.
