In this role, you will select required insulation and other materials listed on the Bill of Material for each coil winding. You will identify, inspect, and prepare coil windings for placement in the drying oven. After the drying cycle is complete, you will measure coil height, unhook hydraulics, and remove coils from the oven. You will then move the coil windings using a pallet jack, fork-lift, or overhead crane with a lift device.

Requirements

  • Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values.
  • Able to work over-time as needed.
  • Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance - no relocation assistance available.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in basic English (if applicable for role).
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States.
  • Must complete: application, talent assessment, Job interview, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Drug panel includes THC.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years prior manufacturing experience
  • ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC): Platinum or Gold Level

Responsibilities
