About The Position

Join R&L Spring Company and build your future in manufacturing! We are hiring Coil Forming Operators to run precision equipment that produces high-quality parts for customers worldwide. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to start a hands-on career, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. We are hiring for all shifts! 2nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions and use measuring tools (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate coil, wire form, and four-slide machines
• Perform quality checks and complete documentation
• Work with team members to keep production running smoothly
• Safely handle, inspect, and package finished parts
