The superintendent will conduct meetings, address production limiting factors, interact with peers for plant objectives, monitor maintenance planning, lead continuous improvement efforts, provide input for employee reviews, serve as a primary contact for vendors, share on-call duties, and participate in developing standard operating and emergency procedures. Additionally, the role involves developing short and long-term plans for the Cogeneration plant and its utility infrastructure.
