About The Position

Indigo Sky Casino is seeking a Full Time Coffee Shop Attendant to join their team. This position is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, handling transactions, maintaining stock, and ensuring the cleanliness of the coffee shop area. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to learn various coffee drinks, and adherence to all job instructions and requests from a supervisor.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Above average oral communication skills
Excellent customer service
Problem solving capability
High capacity for learning mixture of coffee drinks
Ability to maneuver in the casino with visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
Position requires standing for entire shift.
Ability to operate POS system and work with hot equipment and products.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
Must be Serve Safe Certified.

Coffee shop experiences a plus
Food service/beverage server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding guest service to coffee shop customers at all times.
Prepare and serve beverages to guests while working behind a counter.
Serve cake and pastry products.
Receive money and/or credit cards and use a credit card machine and POS system.
Keep the coffee shop well stocked.
Ensure all beverages are prepared according to beverage guidelines and in a timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop area.
